It might sound strange for a service page to say this, but our Concierge team's job is to get you to the point where you don't need us. Every Launch Package includes admin training and plain-English quick-reference guides for the tasks clients ask about most — generating QR codes, enrolling participants, building each challenge type.
Clients who stay on Concierge do it because they want to, not because they have to. That's the only kind of client relationship we're interested in.

Are the challenges really free?
Yes — genuinely and permanently. Unlimited challenges of every type are included with the +Health Challenges platform. Concierge is the optional human service that designs, builds, and runs them for you. You're never charged for the challenges themselves.
What happens when my Launch Package ends?
Nothing automatic. We'll reach out before you hit any limit, show you your activity summary, and walk through your options: run challenges yourself for free, choose a plan above, or a mix. Whatever you pick, there is no lapse in your platform access.
What if we use up our 12 hours before our second challenge finishes?
We won't stop mid-challenge. We'll flag it early, finish what we started, and simply have the pricing conversation a little sooner. We may also extend packages at our discretion for clients in an active rollout.
Our team is going through a lot of change. Can you just run everything?
That's exactly what Quarterly Concierge is for. Your challenges keep running on schedule regardless of turnover or reorganization, and your named Concierge carries the institutional knowledge so nothing is lost when people move roles.
Is it hard to learn the platform ourselves?
No — it's deep, but not difficult. The Launch Package includes training and quick-reference guides, and your second challenge can be run "alongside" us so your admin learns by doing with a safety net. Most admins are comfortable after one or two challenges.
Do you require a contract or commitment?
The Launch Package requires nothing but a kickoff call. Ongoing plans are simple month-to-month or quarter-to-quarter arrangements you can adjust as your needs change.
